Service Description
Anti-Wrinkle Injections are a non-surgical treatment that relaxes targeted facial muscles to soften and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, creating a smoother, refreshed, and more rested look. Anti-wrinkle treatments are highly versatile and can also be used to enhance and refine other areas of the face, including: Bunny lines – soften fine lines along the sides of the nose. Eyebrow lift – subtly elevates the brows for a more open, youthful expression. Gummy smile – relaxes the muscles that raise the upper lip too high when smiling. Lip flip – gently relaxes the upper lip to create the appearance of fuller lips without filler. Chin dimpling – smooths the chin by relaxing the mentalis muscle. Jawline slimming / Masseter reduction – softens a square jawline caused by enlarged chewing muscles and may also help with teeth grinding. Platysma bands – reduces the appearance of vertical neck lines while helping to tighten the lower face and neck area. Sad smile – lifts downturned corners of the mouth for a softer, more natural expression. Hyperhidrosis – helps manage excessive sweating. Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy - Minimum Commitment All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term. Cancelling Your Membership After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Missed Payments If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of benefits. Missed Appointments Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited. Unused Treatments Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Clinic Discretion Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
