Service Description
At Orphic Aesthetics, we provide a calm and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your skin concerns and aesthetic goals. During your consultation, you will receive a full facial assessment, including a discussion of your current skincare routine, suitable treatment options, and a review of your medical history to ensure safe and effective results.
We take the time to ensure you feel fully informed and confident in your decisions, with a personalised approach designed to help you achieve natural, balanced outcomes tailored to your individual needs.
Consultations are priced at £30 and are redeemable against treatment. Any required prescription treatments will be discussed following assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
