Service Description
Dermaheal Eye Bag Removal is a non-surgical injectable treatment designed to reduce the appearance of under-eye bags and enhance the overall look of the eye area.
The treatment uses a specialised peptide-based solution to help break down excess fat, support improved circulation, and tighten the skin beneath the eyes - resulting in a smoother, brighter, and more refreshed appearance.
This treatment is ideal for:
- Puffy or baggy under-eyes
- Fatty under-eye bulges
- Tired-looking eyes
- Mild skin laxity around the lower eyelids
The procedure involves a series of small, targeted injections beneath the eyes. Mild swelling, bruising, or redness may occur afterwards but typically settles within a few days.
For optimal results, a course of treatments is usually recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
