Our Dermalogica Skin Assessment is a professional consultation designed to analyse your skin in depth and identify its true condition and provide you with a plan that will help promote skin health. Using advanced skin analysis techniques and Dermalogica’s professional expertise, we assess key factors such as hydration levels, barrier function, congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation, and signs of ageing. This allows us to determine your exact skin type and underlying concerns, rather than guessing based on surface appearance alone. Following your assessment, you will receive a fully personalised treatment and skincare plan tailored specifically to your skin’s needs. This may include professional treatments, targeted active ingredients, and recommended homecare products to optimise your results safely and effectively. Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation Policy - Minimum Commitment All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term. Cancelling Your Membership After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Missed Payments If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of benefits. Missed Appointments Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited. Unused Treatments Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. Clinic Discretion Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary, with reasonable notice provided.
