Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment designed to improve skin texture, tone, and overall skin quality by stimulating the body’s natural collagen and elastin production.
The procedure uses a medical-grade device with ultra-fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels within the skin’s surface. These micro-injuries trigger the skin’s natural healing response, encouraging regeneration and repair from within — resulting in smoother, firmer, and more radiant-looking skin. Microneedling can stimulate collagen production by up to 400%, helping to strengthen and rejuvenate the skin over time.
At Orphic Aesthetics, every treatment is carefully tailored to the individual. We assess your Fitzpatrick skin type, skin condition, and treatment goals to determine the most appropriate needle depth and technique, ensuring safe, effective, and personalised results suited specifically to your skin.
For optimal results, a course of 6 treatments is typically recommended to achieve the best improvement in skin texture, tone, and overall skin quality.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
