Service Description
Polynucleotide treatments are designed to regenerate and improve overall skin quality from within. Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments that support skin repair by stimulating cellular renewal, enhancing hydration, and encouraging collagen and elastin production.
Unlike dermal fillers, polynucleotides do not add volume. Instead, they focus on strengthening and rejuvenating the skin itself - improving elasticity, softening fine lines, and refining texture across the face, neck, and décolletage.
For optimal results, a course of three treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is recommended. This structured approach allows for progressive skin regeneration, helping to restore resilience, radiance, and a naturally refreshed, more youthful-looking complexion.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
