Service Description
At Orphic Aesthetics, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. Our dedicated prescribing clinic for Anti-Wrinkle Injections is led by our expert prescriber, Heather, who conducts thorough face-to-face consultations to assess your suitability for treatment. This essential step ensures a personalised, safe, and effective approach tailored to your individual aesthetic goals.
Please note: A £30 consultation fee is payable directly to the prescriber. Dates are set every 10th Wednesday for Heywood Clinic, however, Higher Crompton is available Monday day time & thursday evening weekly.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
