At Orphic Aesthetics, we believe in truly personalised skincare, and our Pure Tone Skin Analysis system is a key part of achieving this. This advanced technology allows us to examine your skin in detail, capturing high-resolution images that assess concerns such as blemishes, pores, collagen levels, and pigmentation.
This deeper insight enables us to create a tailored treatment plan designed specifically for your skin’s needs and long-term goals. Experience the next level of skin analysis and begin your journey towards healthier, more radiant skin.
Skin Analysis consultations are priced at £50, with £25 redeemable towards your treatment plan when booked following your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Cancellation Policy -
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 3 months (or 6 months where
stated). Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial term.
Cancelling Your Membership
After the minimum commitment period, memberships may be cancelled by providing 30
days’ written notice via email or in clinic. Benefits remain active until the end of the
billing cycle.
Missed Payments
If a payment is missed, membership benefits may be paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership and loss of
benefits.
Missed Appointments
Membership treatments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited.
Unused Treatments
Monthly treatments cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance. Membership
benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
Clinic Discretion
Orphic Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or cancel memberships where necessary,
with reasonable notice provided.
